Bracknell Forest Partnership Compact

This local compact is a partnership agreement between the voluntary and community sector in Bracknell Forest and Bracknell Forest Council, Bracknell Forest Primary Care Trust, Thames Valley Police, Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service and Bracknell Forest Parish and Town Liaison Group.

It sets out the principles and values of partnership working, rights and responsibilities of all parties to the Compact and creates a framework for implementation, commitment and review. Click here for the Compact Document*.

There are five Codes of Good Practice which all contain Action Plans which will be taken forward by a Compact Implementation Group. These are:

  • Communication & Consultation

  • Funding

  • Volunteering & Community Action

  • Development Issues & Premises

  • Black, Minority and Ethnic Groups
